How far in advance should I place an order?

We recommend placing your order 2–3 weeks before your event, to make sure your preferred date is available. Rush orders are possible only if there is availability.

Can I order a cake for tomorrow?

Accepted Answer

Rush orders are possible if there is availability on your requested date. Orders placed less than 3 days before pickup are subject to the following surcharge:2 days before pickup — +10%1 day before pickup — +20%

How do I choose the right cake weight?

Accepted Answer

As a guideline, allow 150–200 g per person.For example:bento cake — 1–2 people1 kg — 5–6 guests2 kg — 10–12 guests
If you are not sure what cake weight to choose, send me the number of guests and I will help you select the best option.

Can I change my order after it has been confirmed?

Accepted Answer

Yes, but any changes — weight, filling, decoration, pickup time, or delivery — must be requested no later than 72 hours before the pickup or delivery date.After that, changes may no longer be possible because ingredients and preparation have already been scheduled.

You can pick up your order in Bat Yam or arrange delivery to cities across Israel.Pickup: Bat Yam, near Aneviim and Komemiyut streets.Standard delivery is made within the selected time window, for example 12:00–14:00, 15:00–17:00, etc. Exact-time delivery is available for an additional fee: +20 ₪. Shabbat delivery: +50%.The courier delivers to your building but does not go upstairs to the apartment. You will need to come downstairs to collect your order when it arrives.Delivery fees by city:₪35–55: Bat Yam, Holon, Jaffa.₪70–95: Rehovot, Ness Ziona, Rishon LeZion, Tel Aviv, Ramat Aviv, Ramat Gan, Givatayim, Or Yehuda, Ramla, Beer Yaakov.₪100–125: Lod, Bnei Brak, Petah Tikva, Gan Yavne, Herzliya, Ashdod.₪135–170: Raanana, Hod Hasharon, Kfar Sava, Gedera, Rosh HaAyin, Netanya.₪220–250: Hadera, Ashkelon, Jerusalem.₪360: Haifa.

Yes, we offer Parve cakes. These are dairy-free cakes made with plant-based cream.They are generally taller; on average, 1 kg serves 6–8 people.
