Good Cake Bakery Delivery and Pickup Policy
Pickup (Free)
1.1. You can pick up your order in Bat Yam, near Aneviim and Komemiyut streets.
1.2. The pickup date and exact time must be agreed in advance via WhatsApp.
1.3. The exact address (building and apartment number) is sent directly to the client once the order is confirmed as ready.
1.4. Important: Once the cake has been handed to the client at pickup, Good Cake Bakery is no longer responsible for its transportation or appearance. When transporting the cake by car, it must be placed on a completely flat surface (ideally on the floor of an air-conditioned vehicle), not on a seat or on someone’s lap.
Courier Delivery
2.1. Delivery is handled by our own courier service using specially cooled transport.
2.2. Delivery windows: Standard delivery is made within the two-hour time slot you select (for example, 12:00–14:00 or 15:00–17:00).
2.3. Exact-time delivery: Delivery at a specific time (for example, exactly at 10:30) is an additional service and costs +₪20 on top of the standard delivery fee.
2.4. Shabbat delivery: Due to weekend operating conditions, all orders delivered on Shabbat are subject to a mandatory 50% surcharge on the standard delivery fee.
Main Order Handover Rule (Building Entrance)
3.1. Important: The courier delivers carefully to the building entrance / courier vehicle only. The courier does not go upstairs to apartments or enter homes, offices, or restaurant dining areas.
3.2. The client must come downstairs and collect the dessert from the courier’s vehicle within the agreed delivery window. Please remain reachable at the phone number provided with the order.
